Standard products
We accept returns of standard (non-customised) products within 14 days of delivery, in original unused condition. Contact us to initiate a return.
Custom products
Custom signs are non-refundable as they are made to order. If your sign has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return process
Contact us via our contact page for return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
